M&S Food’s Lucky Lunch campaign has returned, and if you’re quick, you could be tucking into a free lunch worth a tenner.
From 20 August 2025 until 30 September 2025, anyone who buys one of M&S’s selected sandwiches has the chance to find a golden ticket hidden inside the packaging.
If you’re one of the lucky 30,000 winners, that ticket gets you £10 to spend on lunch in-store.
Sounds good, right? Here’s what you need to know.
How it works
- Head to your local M&S Foodhall between 20 August and 30 September 2025.
- Pick up one of the participating sandwich lines (wraps, rolls, baguettes and “Collection” sandwiches don’t count).
- If you’re one of the lucky 30,000, you’ll find a golden ticket inside the packaging.
- Take your winning ticket to the tills, choose your lunch from the Food to Go section, and enjoy up to £10 worth of food and drink for free.
It’s basically the grown-up version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, only with BLTs, hoisin wraps and protein bars instead of chocolate.
