This Weekly Menu #14 is packed with recipes for every level of home cooking, from a beginner to a seasoned cook. From homemade pizza, creamy pastas to filling soups – there is plenty to choose from! Bonus recipe is my go-to cinnamon rolls that are fluffy, delicious and super easy to make!

What to cook this week?

Seems like this winter is throwing everything it has on us. Here in Kansas, we got over 7 inches of snow last weekend and it is still on the ground. Naturally, I am drawn to soups, pastas and pizza. All homemade so no need to leave the house! Win win! And if I may say something here: whatever you cook this week, just make the pizza recipe! You won’t regret it.

Monday

It’s absolutely ridiculous how easy AND how delicious my Quick Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowls are to make! Save time by cooking the rice and sauce a day ahead.

Tuesday

Did you know that you can turn just one Boursin cheese into the most delicious, creamy and flavorful sauce? This Boursin Pasta with mushrooms is my favorite!

Wednesday

One of the easiest takeout recipes to make at home are hands-down these Thai Peanut Noodles! The sauce is absolutely delicious. Add chicken, ground sausage or beef and make your own version.

Thursday

This cold winter day calls for a big bowl of veggie-packed soup. Enter my Cabbage Soup recipe. Simple, delicious and filling! Make a big pot of this soup and store leftovers for later or freeze for next winter storm!

Friday

Making pizza at home is easier than you think! My go-to Homemade Pizza Dough recipe will guide you through step by step of making the best dough. I’ve been making it for over a decade. Use it to make pizza baked in the oven or try my recipe for Air Fryer Pizza! You can make individual pizzas for everyone in the family, using their favorite toppings. Yay for Pizza Friday!

Saturday

If you have leftovers from this week, use them up today. But if you are craving a hot bowl of soup, this Italian Sausage Soup will hit the spot!

Sunday

How about Stuffed Pasta Shells for this Sunday dinner? The ricotta spinach filling can be made ahead of time. This dish will please anyone!

Bonus – dessert!

The easiest and fluffiest Cinnamon Rolls are always a hit with everyone I know! The vanilla cream cheese frosting is the perfect finish.

Enjoy! If you make any of the dishes mentioned above, leave us a comment below!

Happy cooking!
