I purchased and downloaded Get Healthy U TV and have been SUPER impressed and excited to use it myself!! They have lots of challenges and calendars with workout programs and lots of workouts for everything from beginner to pretty hardcore!

I loved doing the 10 for 10 Challenge! It’s part of the many different workout programs and challenges offered. (Once you sign up, just go to the challenges tab and look for the 10 for 10 Challenge.) I was able to choose between a beginner or intermediate workout plan complete with videos walking me through the workouts every day. Plus, they also include meal and nutrition advice for the challenge!
