The Weekly Menu #13 features dinner recipes using leftover holiday ham as well as quick and easy dinner ideas.

Photo collage with four dinner recipes and a text that says Weekly Menu 13.

What to cook this week?

The post-holiday menu always includes meals made with as many leftovers as possible. From a creamy noodle casserole to cozy comfort food with a vegetarian option thrown in the middle, this weekly menu has got it all. I hope it will help you by removing the stress of “what’s for dinner?” with my easy dinner recipes. Also, you need to check out the bonus recipe! It’s a must-try!

Monday

My go-to dish with leftover holiday ham is my creamy and delicious Leftover Ham Casserole! Made with wide egg noodles, creamy sauce, and lots of ham, this dinner is a winner every time.

Tuesday

After the big holiday feast, I am reaching for quick and easy dinners, like this Garlic Butter Chicken! Simple, yet delicious.

Wednesday

For New Year’s Eve, I recommend the Black Eyed Peas with Ham. Perfect cozy meal for a chilly winter day!

Thursday

For a meatless option, I am serving these Vegetable Quesadillas that my whole family really enjoys! They are so quick and easy to make.

Friday

The weather outside is calling for the ultimate comfort food: my favorite Instant Pot Pot Roast! Talk about cozy and flavorful.

Saturday

Brace the cold and go for a walk, and then cozy up by the fireplace with a blanket and the Bible – that’s my plan for today!

Sunday

Today, hopefully, the last parts of leftover ham are being used in this Potato Ham Chowder. It is a must in my book to serve it with garlic bread!

Bonus!

Since we had our fill of sweets and desserts this Christmas, this week’s bonus recipe is my No-Knead Bread recipe! Have you made it yet?

Enjoy! If you make any of the dishes mentioned above, leave us a comment below. Happy cooking!
