This Week’s Menu #10 is packed with flavorful meals, perfect for cooler fall days. From creamy pasta to vegetarian option of a classic dish, this menu features quick and easy meals for everyone!

What to cook this week?

The days are getting shorter and I am really starting to notice it. Sometimes it feels like I am chasing hours. So this week’s menu calls for quick and easy meals that will satisfy the whole family after a long day of school or work!

Monday

How about creamy, cheesy Tortellini Alfredo to start the new week? It’s quick, it’s easy and oh-so-delicious!

Tuesday

Currently one of my favorite Asian dishes is this Ginger Soy Chicken. The flavors are spectacular! All done in just 20 minutes.

Wednesday

Here is a classic for our family: Instant Pot Spaghetti! The easiest and the best, in my opinion, way to make spaghetti. Trust me when I say, it is even better the next day!

Thursday

This vegetarian twist on the classi dish is so easy to make! My Mushroom Stroganoff is bound to become your favorite this week.

Friday

This Garlic Butter Chicken is another fantastic recipe in the “one pan” category of dinners! Quick, easy, delicious. What more do we need?

Saturday

Saturdays are for leftovers. That spaghetti or the ginger soy chicken are perfect for today!

Sunday

We are ending the week with a reall winner: French Onion Roasted Chicken. Just wait till your house is filled with the delicious aroma of this dish!

Bonus – dessert!

My new cake recipe is perfect for this week and this time of year, really. Quick and easy Plum Coffee Cake will help you enjoy a moment to relax after this busy week!
